Our billing cycle is designed to make payments as simple and predictable as possible:

• Weekly Billing: You will receive a weekly invoice (each Monday) summarising all your shipments and services for the preceding 7 day period (Mon-Sun).
• Weekly Direct Debit: Payments are typically collected 7 days after the invoice is issued.
• Invoice Breakdown: Each invoice will include a detailed breakdown of shipping costs, surcharges, and any additional services used.
