What Is HubEurope's Policy on Refunds for Delayed or Lost Shipments?
If a shipment is delayed or lost, HubEurope has procedures in place to help you claim refunds:
- Delayed Shipments: If a courier fails to meet the agreed-upon delivery timeframe, we can help you claim a refund or compensation depending on the service level and carrier.
- Lost Shipments: In the case of lost shipments, we assist in filing a claim with the carrier and recovering the value of the goods, provided that appropriate shipping insurance was in place.
- Claim Submission: Our customer support team will guide you through the claims process and provide all the necessary documentation.
Each case is evaluated on an individual basis, and we work closely with our carrier partners to ensure a resolution.
